2. AI-Generated Content
SourceLens uses artificial intelligence to analyze publicly available employer and candidate information. All AI-generated content, including but not limited to employer analyses, match scores, career pattern analyses, and InMail templates, is provided for informational purposes only.
You should be aware that:
- AI-generated analyses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- Employer information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect
- Match scores are algorithmic assessments, not professional evaluations or recommendations
- AI models may produce different results for the same input at different times
- AI-generated InMail templates are suggestions, not guaranteed effective messaging
SourceLens does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it, including before making hiring decisions.
3. No Hiring Advice or Recommendations
SourceLens is a data analysis tool. It does not provide hiring advice, employment recommendations, or professional recruitment consulting.
- Match scores do not constitute endorsements of candidates
- Employer analyses do not represent professional assessments or audits of organizations
- No output from the Service should be used as the sole basis for any hiring decision
Hiring decisions carry legal, financial, and ethical implications. You are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence, interviews, reference checks, and assessments independent of SourceLens outputs.
4. LinkedIn Relationship
SourceLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

- The SourceLens Chrome Extension interacts with the LinkedIn website but is an independent third-party tool
- SourceLens does not have access to LinkedIn's proprietary data or internal systems
- Use of the Service is at your own risk with respect to your LinkedIn account and LinkedIn's terms of service
While the SourceLens Chrome Extension operates in SAFE MODE (extracting only profile URLs, not scraping data), we cannot guarantee:
- That LinkedIn will not change its terms of service or detection methods
- That your use of the Chrome Extension will never affect your LinkedIn account
- That the Chrome Extension will always function correctly with LinkedIn's interface, which may change without notice
5. Data Accuracy
SourceLens retrieves candidate profile data from publicly available sources. This data may be:
- Outdated (candidates may have changed jobs or updated their profiles)
- Incomplete (not all candidates maintain detailed LinkedIn profiles)
- Inaccurate (candidates may have entered incorrect information)
- Subject to change without notice
We do not verify the accuracy of candidate-provided information on LinkedIn profiles. The analysis performed by SourceLens is only as reliable as the underlying data.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for data retrieval, AI processing, hosting, and payments. We are not responsible for:
- Outages, errors, or changes in third-party services
- Data processing practices of third-party providers beyond our contractual agreements
- Changes to third-party APIs or services that may affect the functionality of SourceLens
7. No Legal, Financial, or Compliance Advice
Nothing in the Service or its outputs constitutes legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. In particular:
- SourceLens does not advise on employment law compliance
- SourceLens does not assess whether your recruitment practices comply with anti-discrimination laws
- SourceLens does not provide legal opinions on data processing activities

8. Results and Performance
SourceLens does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance metrics. Claims about time savings, improved shortlist quality, or candidate discovery on our website and marketing materials are based on expected use cases and may not reflect your individual experience. Actual results depend on factors including but not limited to:
- The quality and specificity of your search criteria
- The volume and relevance of candidates in your search
- Your industry, geography, and role type
- The completeness of candidate LinkedIn profiles
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Highrank B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on any information or output provided by the Service.
This disclaimer does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Dutch or EU law.
